Innovative Financial Instruments for Sustainable Development in Alpine Space
The project aims to support local and regional policies for sustainable development through the implementation of innovative financial services and instruments capable of strengthening co-responsibility and cooperation between public and private actors, benefiting the development of Alpine areas.

Specifically, TerrAria was selected to support the implementation of pilot actions aimed at local authorities for energy efficiency in public buildings.
THE ROLE OF TERRARIA
TerrAria dealt in detail with the promotional activity of the financial instrument covered by the Pilot Action in order to develop a specific call for tenders for building upgrading. All activities flowed into supporting the drafting of the Vademecum “A Capacity Building Pathway for Local Authorities: energy efficiency” with a public presentation on June 10, 2015.
