Energy register of buildings of the Lombardy Region
TerrAria designed and implemented the new energy register of buildings (Catasto ENergetico degli EDifici, CENED) of the Lombardy Region on behalf of ARIA S.p.A, the current regional accreditation body in energy certification.
The register provides the services of:
- Issuance of Energy Certifications in accordance with the provisions of DGR VIII/8745
- Accreditation, registration and management of professional Certifiers, Notaries, Public Officials
- creation and management of energy certification practices
- Creation and file management of certifier training courses
Energy register services manage the daily work of more than 20,000 certifiers with over 3,500,000 energy certifications issued. Since 2009, TerrAria has also been designing and developing, in collaboration with ARIA S.p.A, the CENED+2.0 calculation software that implements the calculation procedure according to the provisions of D.G.R. No. 3868 of July 17, 2015. Both register and CENED+2.0 are developed with Java technology and use, consistent with the TerrAria philosophy, open formats and standards with service-oriented layered architectures.
The register makes use of WebGIS and address normalization services provided by Lombardia Informatica S.p.A. also developed in collaboration with TerrAria.
TerrAria has been collaborating since 2015 and as part of the CENED project with Progesi S.p.A. responsible for portal services.
